This is a project I have always wanted to make. I didn't have the know-how until recently. Basically, you know how there are tons of hard-to-find functions buried in Windows? Did you know there is an advanced User Accounts tool that gives you less glitz and more functionality? Well, this handy little app launches that and a lot more just by choosing what you want from the drop down menu.

QuickLaunch detects if you are running XP, Vista or Windows 7. Depending on which operating system you use, it will adjust itself to only display launches that are available on your computer. The screenshot below shows the launches available in Windows XP.
